KEMUNCAK TEKNIK SDN. BHD. ("KTSB") was incorporated on 6th March, 2000 and active in operation since July, 2000 with its maiden contract worth RM 55K. Its principal activities are to engage in Civil & Infrastructure, Building, Highway/Roadwork, Oil & Gas, Telecommunication and Water Works as contractor. Its biggest contract in hand is RM 11.9 million with Jabatan Kerja Raya. KTSB has an authorized and paid-up capital of RM 1.0 million and RM 750,000, respectively as at August, 2002. It has three (3) directors namely Mohamad Izwas Ibrahim, Wan Adnan Wan Mat and Hazley Yunus.

Another key personal in KTSB is Encik Wan Adnan Wan Mat, a director in KTSB. Encik Wan has shared his valuable 16 years of working experience with reputable infrastructure companies namely Kinta Kellas Bhd, Projass Engineering Bhd, and also with engineering consultants. Currently, Encik Wan Adnan is the Head of Business Development in KTSB responsible to ensure continuous corporate development for KTSB's future. Encik Hazley Bin Yunus, another director in KTSB also is a key person responsible for operation & implementation of KTSB projects. His years of experience in various field of construction industry has facilitate KTSB's implementation of project thus ensure its completion. He is keen to develop and guide more personnel in KTSB for future benefit of KTSB. KTSB has made a good profile with banks namely, Maybank and Southern Bank with financing facilities of RM 3.2 million to finance its existing projects and working capital requirement. Its projected credibility of the company to further obtain support should any financial need arises. Since KTSB has achieved its medium term goal in establishing itself in the current construction industry, the next step would be to expand its business horizon and established stronger footing in the industry.
